Depending on the service level you choose, we’ll also promote your property with targeted posts on Facebook and Instagram to reach more potential buyers.

When do I pay fees?

There’s nothing to pay up front.

Your Home Report, marketing, and estate agency fee are all paid after the sale completes, meaning no initial costs to worry about.

 

Who will deal with the legal side?

Unlike many estate agents, we keep everything in-house.
You’ll be looked after by a dedicated conveyancer from the moment your offer is accepted right through to completion. No call centres, no distant solicitors, just local expertise you can rely on.

What documents do I need to sell a property in Scotland?

You’ll need a Home Report before your property can be marketed. This includes a Property Questionnaire, a single survey, and an Energy Report (EPC).

We’ll help you arrange the Home Report and guide you through anything else needed.

How long does it take to sell a home?

On average, selling a home takes between 2 to 4 months, but it can vary depending on:

  • Local market conditions
  • How quickly a buyer is found
  • The speed of the legal process
  • Whether there’s a chain involved
  • Is the buyer using a mortgage

We’ll keep you updated at every stage to help move things along smoothly.
