This land extends to approx. 2.6 acres and is on the hillside and enjoys stunning views over Lochbroom towards Beinn Dearg and the surrounding hillsides across the Loch.  There is no vehicular access to the land from the roadside.

This is a bare land site which is rocky with brown soils and is mainly laid to rough grass and trees.  

Directions: From Dingwall, follow the A835 towards Ullapool for approx. 37 miles then turn left at the signpost for Letters then first right. Continue for 2½ miles, the land is on the left just over the small bridge opposite the passing place.
